Chem is required for one semester (got a D and had to retake more than once)

So I am transferring from a community college to a public research university for mechanical engineering . Before transferring you need to have taken without no D or Fs (as they won’t be transferred ) and you need to have taken at least Calc 1 and chem 1 ( you only need one semester of chem for whole program ) and I believe physics 1 . I have taken up to calc 3 and physics 2 and have gotten As in all and even took honors physics 2 . However I struggled a lot with chem . I got a D and had to retake it and then I got an A . It also happen during pandemic and online structure didn’t make it easier for a class I naturally struggle with . What are the chances they will still admit me in ? As I’m worried about this .
