chem/journalism majors

My son, who’s a junior, is probably going to be a chemistry major because he’s enjoying and doing well in AP chemistry and has already signed up for next year to take quantitative analysis and organic chem as a high school senior but he wants to go to a college where he can also take some journalism courses and keep his options open if he changes his mind and wants to be a journalism major. [I am not sure how open the college chem departments are to kids who want to minor in journalism and take maybe 6 journalism courses]

He’s thinking about Lehigh [which has a science journalism program] and Northwestern [which will be a stretch, I think, for him]. Is Miami of Ohio a possibility? University of Richmond? Do you have any suggestions?
