So I have to take the Chem SAT 2 and Math 2 for BU’s accelerated med program. The problem is, I’m taking AP Chem my senior year, and need to self study for the chem SAT 2 before october. Also, I don’t know what I need for the Math 2. My chem teacher was really crappy so…
Is there anything you would recommend? And what’s the lowest score that I can get but still have a chance in the program or any other premed program? HELPPP

i got a 740 which i was kinda disappointed about on chem

i’m not very farmiliar with the program but i think for math II if you are able to get above a 750 then you’re set. i think for chem as long as you get above like a 710 you’re fine

Math 2 is precalc and on (if that’s what you mean by "I don’t know what I need for the Math 2). Use Barron’s 10th edition. It’s more difficult than the real exam but it prepares you very well. Also, not everything that is covered in prep books will be on the exam. For example, vectors, matrices, and statistics are in the books but there might not be a single question on any of them!

Chem: Look over prep books. You can go on Sparknotes and look at their material for the SAT Chemistry Exam or buy a Princeton Review or Kaplans (what I used). Take practice tests and review questions you got wrong.

Go Barrons for both Math2 and Chem. They will get you a bit over prepared. My D got great scores after using both books thoroughly.
