<p>is it worth it to take chem7L with a college writing class (ie. muir 50 or wcwp 10b)? I am debating whether I should try to finish up my writing GE next quarter, and then take chem7L in fall quarter of next year, or take chem7L this quarter and do the writing class next year. Is it gonna be bad if i try to take both? or should I just stick to one or the other. thank you!</p>

<p>remember, kids in ERC (and some in revelle) don’t have a choice – if they’re science majors, they’ll have to take the lab before they finish their writing sequence.</p>
<p>I took chem 6bl and mmw 3 (6 units) at the same time my 1st year. You can do it.</p>
<p>yea u see the problem i have is im taking the 1st quarter writing sequence right now, and its takin aloooottt of time. if i do both the chem7L and writing next quarter, i will have 5 classes (writing, chem7L, bio1, language, and chem6C). will that be overkill? i know for chem7L u have to write verrrry long reports, and is very time-consuming.</p>
<p>there’s nothing wrong with trying out your schedule and dropping a class when it gets to be too much. we can’t predict how you’re going to handle it. some people thrive on being busy, others hate it.</p>
