<p>How strong is this department at NYU? I know it’s an artsy school, but I’m going for pre-med.</p>
<p>Also, is it possible to finish the NYU and NYU-Poly engineering program in 4 years instead of 5?</p>

<p>NYU has a good pre-med program overall. The chemistry department is definitely a strong department, at least from my experiences with them and from what I’ve heard from other people. It’s probably the best department out of the ones that are part of the pre-med curriculum.</p>
