<p>If someone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated.</p>

<p>I got a 5 on the AP chem test which according to the AP chart is the equivalent of Chem 6B (which I placed for on the placement test). I need a chemistry class for my major (Mechanical Engineering) and General Ed (Muir). Does my 5 mean I get out of just one of these requirements (GE) or both. Sorry if this is unclear I can’t think of how to properly ask this. </p>

<p>I thought Chem 6AH was the highest you could get placed in through the test.</p>
