Chew Notice?

That while there are threads on what to get college kids to take to their dorm, and what to get for * boys* and even what to buy for * husbands* for the upcoming gift exchange season- I didn’t notice anything on what to get for * wives*.

So since I don’t know how many wives want a wet/dry vacuum or a SkilSaw, I thought I better start a thread on what to at least think about.
For me anyway- nothing that you would buy your mother, like a bathrobe .

Hmm- I guess I * am * hard to buy for, trying to think of something that is in my price range

[Not- in my price range](https://auction01.charitybuzz.com/secure/viewItemDetail.do?auction_item_id=72400&lotsindex=0&show=10&order=default</a>)

WashMom is mostly getting a set of cobalt Fiestaware dishes and a Roomba 530 robotic vacuum cleaner. I think the china will save me from the, “you bought me a vacuum cleaner?” charge. Of course, I think she is getting me a new shop vac for Christmas, so what’s her problem? If she has one. She might just love the Roomba. Of course, I probably don’t care so much… I mean, did you know you can write and download your own code? How cool is that? Who ever thought we would be programming vacuum cleaners some day?

EDITED: Hardly anyone is in the building today and I have to get a new product road map published by COB tomorrow. The software developers all went to a movie and here I sit reading CC instead of writing my road map. At least it’s not raining…
