<p>hello hello! just wanted to ask, has everybody gotten their chicago accounts yet? (with the updated details of your application on them.) i still haven’t gotten mine and am starting to get a little worried whether they even received my application :(</p>

<p>For the Class of 2012, it was December 13th.</p>

<p>Actually, I find the results understandable. Sure…they aren’t spectacular…but actually a majority of the applicants seem to be deferred or waitlisted, and then accepted once all else fails…there weren’t too many OUTRIGHT rejections…but then again, that is the sorta crowd that is floating around CC…the kind who stands either a decent chance or a good chance…hopefully all of us do, is what I’m saying.</p>
<p>I’m sorry guys. I just woke up after falling asleep to Basshunter and I’m a bit out of it, so my words are fumbled and I’m sort of just rambling on now.</p>
<p>What my mumbo jumbo is attempting to communicate is that the odds seem to be exactly what we thought they were before viewing the post.</p>

<p>I called the admissions office and they said that until the 24th you can send anything that you want to to your regional admissions counselor and they’ll attach it to your application. Anyone know if doing this hurts your chances in any way?</p>

<p>Guys, i just got an email from UofC that stated it didn’t receive the secondary school report or one of the teacher evaluations. Both of them were done online you see. They got the 2nd teacher evaluation b/c that was done by snail mail.</p>
<p>So right now, I don’t know what happened. Did the online rec system not work? Or does the system not work for a naviance system?</p>

<p>1) Print out the email you received and head into the GC/registrar’s office tomorrow. (This is important so they know you had requested this stuff previously. If you have a receipt from when you dropped it off, bring it too.)
2) Be polite.
3) Let them know Chicago didn’t receive these materials.<br>
4) Ask them if they could please send out another set ASAP by snail mail (if that makes you feel better).<br>
5) Do it BEFORE Thanksgiving break.
6) Thank them profusely. Appreciate that they are doing many transcript/LOR packages for many students.
7) Email your regional rep to let him/her know the forms should be on the way.
8) Check with any other EA/ED/rolling schools to which you’ve already sent applications and make sure they have received the materials.</p>
