This thread reminded me of the priest who was the chaplain at my Catholic h.s. my freshman year, who was suspended years later for a sexual offense against a child.
I then looked up another priest, who taught our Religion classes-- a very likeable man and a good teacher. I just read that in 2015, just after he retired, he was suspended because of a credible allegation of a sexual offense against a minor. I would never have thought him capable of this.
