Chinese SAT Subject Test

My daughter is taking Honors Chinese 4 as a junior and has been to China once for an immersion program, but we are not a Chinese speaking family. Should a non Chinese person who has studied Chinese as an academic subject take the subject test? Is the curve flooded with Chinese nationals who are taking the test to quizz out of their language requirement at college?

The curve is quite harsh because the majority of students who take it speak and use Chinese daily or have attended Chinese school. It’s a similar situation to the Spanish one, due to the immense volume of native speakers. I’m not sure if your D should take it or not, I’ll let others elaborate on that.
