<p>This is the hardest question on the application. Like SERIOUSLY! what do they mean by EXACTLY? Is it like my conversation with my roommate? or is it how I’m going to address this to everyone in the dorm? THIS QUESTION IS ****ING ME OFF!</p>

<p>B) I think they are looking for you to be a leader and have concrete plan of action given the scenario presented.</p>
<p>C) If you find yourself that frustrated by one essay question, perhaps you should reconsider if you are ready for BS.</p>

Don`t you have people near you who can help you understand the questions? I think, in this case, you would be better off not asking strangers on the internet. Better to ask someone you know.</p>
