Choosing a college for premed

I was wondering which college would be the best choice for premed. I am in the top 5% of my class in high school, and I will be a biomedical engineering major.

UVA
Wisconsin
Georgia Tech
UConn
Stony Brook

I am looking for the following information:
-Average GPA (in general and for BME)
-Difficulty of workload
-Difficulty of grading system (grade inflation or deflation?)
-Research and shadowing opportunities
-Academic advising

Which college is the best for Premed?

All of these will work fine for pre-med. You can safely choose the most affordable one.

Are you definitely set on BME? Are you certain about pre-med? Engineering GPAs have brought many erstwhile pre-meds to grief.

Consider grade inflation / deflation. Some of the schools have grade distributions available (e.g. Wisconsin at https://registrar.wisc.edu/grade-reports/ ).

Consider cost. Medical school is expensive.

Consider which college and major you will prefer to graduate from if you are among the majority of pre-meds who are weeded out before applying, or who get shut out when applying to medical school.

Consider whether there are college GPA requirements to enter or stay in your major. For example, at Wisconsin, see https://www.engr.wisc.edu/academics/student-services/academic-advising/first-year-undergraduate-students/progression-requirements/ .
