choosing between Vermont, South Florida and George Mason university

I am an international student studying bachelors of biomed at University of Sussex in the UK and I’ve got an offer from Vermont, George Mason and South Florida university in the U.S. I did some research and read some reviews and they made me so confused. I’d be happy with any help/suggestion in any form.

Vermont: Cold, snowy, great college town though. Beautiful state.
South Florida: Warm, beaches, city not geared to students.
George Mason: Close to Washington, DC, located in a dull suburb.
