choosing major problem

So when people choose a major, basically it is something they enjoy, right?

Ok, now everything you do in that major isn’t going to be fun though. There might be a really annoying class (thats required for your major) but maybe its just something you don’t like. But you still take it because its required and its related to your major.

How does one find the difference between hating a course or topic because they REALLY hate it or if its just an annoying subtopic in their major that they don’t like. I’m a freshman and I feel like I’m looking for a major where every single course in it is going to be somewhat interesting. I know its not going to be if you think about it realistically, so how do you figure this all out…

thank you

Erm, if the major is in something that interests you then generally you’ll find most of the courses interesting.
