Choosing schools by Acceptance rates

<p>Those making the argument, “X is more selective than Y, go to X” is wrong.</p>

<p>Are finances an issue at all? Do you have some preferences? Are you asking for an opinion or trying to make some point here?</p>

<p>Of course. you shouldn’t make the decision by selectivity rates. There are a lot of reasons for one school to be more selective than another. It’ is not easy to get into a lot of the SUNYs and CUNys here because so many kids apply to them, making them have a high selectivity rate relative to stats. So it is with a number of schools.</p>
