By this time, most schools have either made a decision on you or will be making a decision very soon. The time limit is around April 1 to give you a month to sort acceptances and make your decision by May 1. Many if not most applicants to combined programs apply to more than 1 program and many receive multiple acceptances. So, assuming you get more than one, which one do you take? Some major considerations are; quality of the undergraduate school, quality of the medical school, number of total program years, cost/scholarships, required GPA’s to stay in program and whether or not MCAT’s are required. This thread is set up to discuss these choices so that you make the one best for you.

ah, i needddd this thread… i dont know what to do… so far i have vcu, union, and uconn… blah… cluless

Not sure about UConn, but VCU definitely has a better program than Union/AMC, in my opinion. Last year I chose VCU over Union/AMC and I couldn’t be happier. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions.
