Sophomore in high school, 3.9 weighted gpa, 3.8 unweighted(after freshman year, YTD Weighted GPA is 4.1)

Taking 3 honors courses.

2 years of varsity football, active in community- starting a non-profit-organization that sends letters to inmates.

If none of these schools are an option, what are some schools that you think I have a good chance of being admitted to? do any schools have a 100% admission policy?

That’s about all I’ve got, I don’t want to get into a very elite prep school but I would like to go to one that is at least respectable.

Hello, I am also applying to the Asheville school but am a freshman this year in hs. Your GPA looks good but what are some other stats, what is your SSAT/PSAT/SAT score? I am assuming you are from near Asheville because the Asheville school and Christ School are both close to Asheville (if not in Asheville). At the Asheville school it is harder to get in as a day student because they have a limited amount of day student spots (20% of the class). It is even harder if you need financial aid.

I have not taken any of those tests(eek…)

No I actually live in Raleigh, NC which is about 5 hours away, I just think those are two very good schools.

Are you signed up to take them in January because it is mandatory for your application. The SSAT is being given next saturday.
