<p>Does anyone here have an idea as to how one can get a scholarship from CIHR, what kind of a candidate is considered competitive and how competitive the whole process is.</p>
<p>Also, how importat your supervisor and his project would be for you to get a scholarship from the CIHR? How important is it to have a publication by the time you apply (this is for Master’s).</p>

<p>BTW, CIHR is the Canadian Institute of Health Research, which provieds federal funding for researchers in Canada.</p>
