Cincinnati airport area hotel advice needed

<p>This is a bit complicated. DS has flights booked to fly into CVG, but fly out of LEX. He has a friend in Lexington who was going to pick him up at CVG and then he would stay with friend for a few days in Lexington. Friend would then take him to LEX airport for flight home.</p>

<p>Well things are not quite right with friend right now. He can’t get any money back on the plane tix, so DS wants to go anyway, but doesn’t want to rely on staying with friend. So we are looking for decent, reasonably priced hotels near CVG airport. DS said there is a bus that he can take to Lexington on the day he is to fly out. </p>

<p>Any suggestions for decent hotels in that area and also if there are any he should avoid?</p>

<p>Thanks Toledo! I have been on both of those sites already. There are SO many hotels. I checked some of them on Trip Advisor (I always check any hotel on there before I book). I was just hoping someone might have first hand knowledge of any of them.</p>

<p>I’ve stayed in the Courtyard by Marriott (I think it was the one in Florence) and the Hampton Inn. They were both very nice. I have never stayed in a Country Inn and Suites that I haven’t liked. I’ve stayed in Country Inn and Suites in many places and stayed in one just last weekend. If I have a choice I will also pick Country Inn and Suites over the others.</p>

<p>It just seems to be a very well run chain, the rooms are always clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful.</p>
