Citizenship Documentation- Student?

<p>USC says they need whatever’s in the title and the citizenship verification form says I need to do this:
You must verify your citizenship status and please review the Citizenship and Eligible Non-Citizenship Verification form for additional information</p>

Please follow these steps:

  2. Allow one to two weeks for your citizenship status to be updated with the Social Security Administration.
  3. Once you receive confirmation from the Social Security Administration that your citizenship status has been updated, visit [Home</a> - FAFSA on the Web-Federal Student Aid](<a href=“http://www.fafsa.gov%5DHome”>http://www.fafsa.gov) to resubmit your FAFSA. Be sure to delete and re-enter your first name, last name,
    date of birth, and US citizenship status.
  4. Allow two weeks for your information to be updated with the USC Financial Aid Office.</p>

<p>I’m a citizen but I have no idea what I’m supposed to do at ssa.gov. Any ideas?</p>
