City is limiting locations where students can live.

<p>The appeals court in PA. recently upheld a city ordinance that limits the ability of college students to live south of Temple’s main campus. A city councilman is proposing a law that will further limit the locations where students can live near Temple. </p>

<p>philadelphia has much bigger problems than drunk rowdy college students- we are becoming the murder capital of the US- in comparison to the prevalent gun violence the antics of college students are pale in comparison.</p>

<p>i think this bill is likely to go nowhere as the benefits that Temple has brought to the local community far outweigh the detriments.</p>
