<p>Looking for alternate venues for my favorite groups that I’m not going to be able to see nearby because of job/college conflicts and noticed a lot of my favorite groups are going to City Winery, some in Chicago and some in New York. I’m particularly interested in the New York venue, as the timing is better for that one.</p>
<p>Now, I have never been to New York, and the shows are on weekdays, so I may fly up on the weekend, go to the museums, and then fly home after the shows. My usual quick trip for a concert.</p>
<p>I will be flying Southwest, using Marriott or Hilton points, and hoping for recommendations of where to stay, which airport to fly in, etc.</p>
<p>Also, any info on the venue would be most appreciated.</p>
<p>I recently attended a concert at the Tabernacle in Atlanta. Loved that venue. Could sit down, indoors, but still be able to enjoy the music.</p>
