Civil to Aerospace Masters.

Could you go from a civil engineering degree with an emphasis in structures to an aerospace masters in structural analysis?

Yes. 10char

Ok Thanks. Would I be at a disadvantage applying against people with an aerospace undergrad or mechanical.

If you are qualified you are qualified, regardless of your background. Since your background is structural analysis, I can't imagine anyone holding it against you that your background is civil when you are going to be doing structural analysis in aerospace as well.

One of my colleagues in graduate school was a chemical engineer by undergraduate training and ended up working on boundary-layer stability and transition. She was qualified; she got the job.
