My DD was assigned a single on the 3rd floor in Clara Dickinson. I found some info on 5th floor, but not for lower floors. What others i found from youtube, reddit, and here are all over the place. Room size range from 8x12 to 9x13, that’s a whole foot on each side… and closet space varies from 2x3 to 4.5x 4! that’s another couple foot. I looked at second by second clip of couple youtube video on Clara Dickinson, and they are totally off from above dimensions. Newer dorms even have virtual 3D spacial look-see by their room number provided by Cornell, but not for old dorms like Clara Dickinson. Can someone give us some guidance? Much appreciated.
You might join Cornell’s parent Facebook page…they typically have many pictures of various dorms/rooms/set-ups.

My recollection from back in the day was that those dorms could vary in room size, room by room, just not floor by floor.
I second the recommendation of joining the Cornell parent group and seeing if someone has dimensions of the actual room (not just a room on the floor).
Your daughter could also try emailing the hall to see about getting the specifics: DicksonMcLLU@cornell.edu
If that all fails, my unsolicited $.02 is to plan for being in the smallest space. It’s easier to add more stuff than to have too much that needs to return home.
