is it difficult to get an A when taking classes abroad? also does studying abroad look good on transfer applications?

Ive found that it is actually alot easier to get A’s while abroad, especially if your home institution inflates your grades to better reflect the grading system of the abroad institution. For instance, while at st. andrews, I only need to score a 16 out of 20 for the semester to get an A back home, because it is nearly impossible to get above that mark. Studying abraod looks good on any application. It shows that you have experienced the world, are well rounded, are self sufficient, and able to adapt to other cultures.
