<p>omg darasta , u have way tooo stellar stats for hamilton. you could easily get into any of the colleges. even ivys, even harvard or yale or princeton, all the hypmsc colleges will not hesitate to accept you…better than your sat are the 5 As in you a levels…don’t settle down for hamilton, you could easily get into all the colleges you apply to(much better than hamilton i might add)…
i don’t know why hamilton is getting all the hype, grinnell is much better and so are amherst, williams, swarthmore and middlebury…not to meniton duke, unc-chapel hill…now it may seem the deadline has passed for several colleges but you can still apply, adcoms won’t mind a little delay…and you can get out of your ed contract if you tell them before a decision has been made. for you middlebury would be the perfect choice i presume.it has the best professors in the world, and the academics environment at ivies is totally different.hamilton is just like most other liberal arts college. sure it is great but not right up there. just my two cents but its your decision…</p>
<p>about the reco thing, don’t try to put stats in, it is already in your resume. put stuff like he asked such and such questions, helped his classmates around, worked independently on projects. for ecs they look for devotion to one field rather than several, depth rather than area…recos are not a big deal unless they are stellar…pm me if you want hands on a stellar reco. it is truly wonderful and how recommendations should be, but don’t try to copy it as you will be caught.i have already given permission to my frined to use and he already has…</p>

<p>and again don’t apply ed to more than one college.all the college admission databases are linked. its gotten much better this year, and you are 100% sure to be caught.if you have already mailed out the ed forms to more than one college, you can request the adcoms to evalutate you in rd rather than ed…
btw CC has been getting pretty popular and adcoms frequently visit CC,so don’t post private information, racist language, etc…</p>
<p>Hey ramjet21 i am from a +2 college. Not as competitive as bnks and sxc…lol my friends dont even aim some top colleges. they have sat score not that good. anyways, I think I would major in physics or something like that ani graduate in engineering.</p>

<p>dont you guys think that colleges review applications on an individual basis and decide on acceptance and all.Like the 3 they took in from nepal in Gettysberg .So is it really necessary to change Gettysberg?
I mean when they have already taken 3, does it not show their commitment to individual applications rather than placing candidates according to countries??</p>
