Class of 2012

I’m off for a walk with my dog… Have to get some fresh air. Catch ya later guys

Comp Sc.,…

Interesting! (yes, I’m already back, it was a bit cold outside so I headed home quickly  ) Is Princeton the only Ivy you applied to?

harvard princeton upenn (dunno why) and cornell

and how cold is it??

ouch, my bad, you said you’re waiting for four schools today.

just got rejected by Yale

Sorry, Rister :(

sorry to hear that…
had u applied for aid?

It’s ok, seriously. i wasn’t expecting anything else, plus i think i wouldn’t really have fit in anyway. same goes for Harvard.

It’s 6° Celsius here, I don’t know how much this is in Fahrenheit. Obviously, I’m used to much colder temperatures but -smart as I am- I didn’t wear anything but sweatpants and a sweatshirt

yes i did, but yale is needblind. i kind of knew it because my FA application was very lousy so if they HAD admitted me, the FA office would have asked for more documentation for sure.

they say needblind but.%&&
esp. princeton…the difference in acceptance rates for (aid n no aid) is apalling

Whats the acceptance rate for non-aid people?

wtvr it is…its much more than the acc rate. for thos who apply for aid

That’s for sure… I thought you knew the exact numbers though :|

no…
im jst tryng to say that the “need-blind” schools are just “need-color-blind”
lol

Applications, Yale Class of 2012

Total Number of Applicants: 22814
Total Number of Admits: 1892
Rate of Admission: 8.3%
Total Number on Wait List: 1052

8.3% is including SCEA. RD must have been around 6%… that’s just SICK

Oooh, yeah, I forgot you were talking about Yale, a “need-blind” school. Lol. Hence my stupid question.

It’s time now… GOOD LUCK EVERYONE YOU’RE ALL GREAT!!!

princeton>>rejectd
cornell>rejectd

yale and cornell rejected--------------------------SURPRISE!

sorry guys! :(
