Depauw provides the max aid of full tuition scholarship+oncampus job. For more aid, u have to apply for extra scholarship…I guess the deadline for those scholarship is already over.

@3333
You started to talk to me…ohh great…lolz

btw anyone heard of any nepali who’s been accepted into Skidmore? n they require the profile thingy re…anyone heard from them about waiving the CSS?

gud luck ppl.

looks like ed success rate is pretty low this time.

^^Yeh, btw i am sure EDII will bring cheers to everyone’s face.

@all the people whom i told that the commonapp doesn’t allow more than 20 colleges in your list:::::: I was wrong!!! :p… sorry!!!

@all
urgently need to know if we can get a ‘paper’ version of the CSS Profile…skidmore asked me to file that instead of the ‘having to pay’ CSS…any idea if such a thing even exist?..if it does, where can I get it?..i’ve been looking for it the whole afternoon!

^^ i think the paper version is the ISFAA issued by collegeboard… OR maybe the printed CSS… i don’t know for sure… u know just email them both… and tell them to pick one!!!

the paper version of CSS = ISFAA. Atleast that’s what I received as a file name both from Cornell and Stanford…Outside was written CSS.pdf and inside it was ISFAA. Otherwise, if it necessarily requires that online format, then fill it online, print it and send.

@krb and Rockhazards
I also wish EDII cheers up everyone (including me) :)

@sithsick
ya i too heard of CSS Thing of skidmore…ma fren is stucked with the same problem…clear this up!!

yo i think that’s the only solution now…opening a CSS account…filling it out…n then print/previewing it n printing it out…im sending that now…no other ‘jukti’…

@everyone
If we send colleges fake documents (like bank stmt, income ctft), will that have a effect on visa process?
or we had to start it new?
k ho? k ho?
tension!!!

not sure but i think u have to make new documents for visa…
need to audit everything from a CA n stuff…purano doc le teti farak naparla…

hey someone was saying our submitted ISCOF will be send along with our I20 …does that make difference at time of visa?
BTw, there’s no big deal mentioned!
I believe the documentation for application and visa is totally different, isn’t it?

docs that go to colleges and the ones you submit for visa application can be completely different. theres not relation.dont worry about it. you can do differenet statements and stuff like that.

I will write a case of my friend. He had got to pay 14k. He was rejected twice. But in 3rd case, he got the new Sponsorship letter from a US citizen and he got it. And, it is the true case…i didn’t hear this from party. I myself was with him during his process. So, it is absolutely clear that old ISFAA doesn’t matter…even ISFAA on I20 doesn’t matter.

@ROCKHARDABS,
Does that mean Cornell accepts the ISFAA? Did u email Cornell about the CSS? If yes, can u plz PM me their reply?

Did anybody get any further information from HMC abt the CSS???

Cornell requires that you either send CSS by the deadline or the Cornell Financial Form and the ISFAA.

2014, I wish I had a sponsor, wouldve gone to other uni’s Vriginia tech, Purdue, Maryland, Syracuse…LOL

I would have gone to Pepperdine, Emory, Quinnipiac…
