<p>To Everyone concerned:
As usuals, I had initially thought of giving another sat practise test this midnight…but not today…so i logged into my computer,connected to the net, and logged into cc,intl students…but not the class of 2014 rather…to the CLASS OF 2012, a glorious batch.</p>

<p>I was not just amazed by the posts in that thread. some of them were the epitome of selflessness, logging from colleges like cadwell to let evryone know of lower tier colleges.</p>

<p>I grew impatient with every post made there, specially after 125th post. Amidst the depression of rejections and waitlistedness, there were candidates who willingly posted their stats, and prayed to the god for others to get accepted.</p>

<p>The stories of acceptances, that i read in the posts, were of great inspiration. Particularly, on of the toppers getting rejected at all colleges, and finally accepted by the best one. Guys, to read his post after getting accepted. There are many more stories like this, and i bet, you will love it all. </p>

<p>The post was better than reading many of the novels that i have read till now.</p>

<p>Strongly recommended.</p>

ya… but reading all these posts, I am feeling that my username sounds like schofield but my brain too low to think and speak like that… I take cc as a help to freshmen and not a means to express your frustations and prove how strong your stats are… prove it to the college, GET ACCEPTED, and then it suits you boasting…otherwise, we all are freshmen and we still have a lot to know about colleges and all… so lets not boast and lets just help eachother… and guyz…english please…</p>

if some members are really having trouble in writing in english… if its about ‘i dont care’, then its fine but from all these CR discussions looks like its serious…guyz… english is a must… otherwise its going to be very difficult once you get there…to them, i just have to say i have heard that some colleges in nepal are as good as any american colleges… and its just a suggestion… no need to show any arrogance… you could consider this or ignore this… but yes, english is a must…</p>

It must be read if u have time…and if u have time, better u see the acceptances of Class of 2013 from Nepal…u will get a lot of helpful info about colleges. And of course, u can request GC AND request to take the files from his computer about 7 batch students…what was the no of applicants in which college and how many got in in each.
Furthermore, if u have more time, check out the stats and acceptances of pakistanis and indians…for eg: gettysburg provided full aid to “the game” though he asked for less aid, and his composite was 1300…
But, from Nepal, students having 4A AND b, 5% rank, 1480 composite, brilliant supplement, got rejected…yestai yestai info haru we can juxtapose and interpret. Furthermore, Union College took no Nepali and even rejected the IB scholars from 8 batch. See the trend of Amherst College: it is accepting the students like high SAT composite…for eg: for class of 2012, one had 1600 (BNKS) and the other had about 1500(couldnot remember the exact). In 2013, 1520. And, williams is interested in Rank 1 BNKS students, Connecticut-school and deputy school captain, Brandeis-high SATs+gud academics, Lafayette:RANK high, Straight A, and good SAT score…it is over rated in the context of Nepal because it loves to accept the excellent students from our country. Reed: ED+High CR score. The colleges like Bowdoin, Swat, St Lawrence, Union, Skidmore, Wesleyan U, Wake forest, Berea, Tufts, U Chicago, Rice, Davidson, Carleton are better not to be applied for. Providence, RPI, WPI, OWU, IWU, U Maine, Hampshire, Lake forest, Lawrence U, Caldwell(this doesnt provide total tuition off nowadays, and is giving less aid per students), Calvin provide max around tuition off and will be around 15k in I20. Georgetown U: 10k is min to be paid. This also not certain even if accepted. And, BYU is a highly underrated university in Nepal, consultancy ko karan ley…and tei karan ley VISA pani dina kichkich garcha embassy. In fact, it is an excellent one…engineering and business dubai harip cha. If u have good SAT, St Peters College, Culvar Stockton and Lee U would be ur safeties which provide EXCELLENT aid.</p>

yes, rena-itsme was an active member of the thread. she must have been great with stats, getting accepted into colleges like mt holyoke, grinell, i forgot the third one, and was waitlisted in very good coleges…check in n ull find out.</p>

Your content is rigid except for the account of conn college.
Captains and Dy captains have been accepted, but their post has nothing much (unlike suggested by your post) to do with them being accpeted there.</p>

<p>Just letting everyone know. Plz dont be mislead into thinking that conn coll seeks leadership quality. Yes, its a advantage, but the advantage counts in many other colleges too.</p>

My info about RPI is correct. U never read my previous posts?? And, about conncoll, obviously leadership is a best part of application. In the context of BNKS students, Conncoll loves BNKS leaders…trend yestai cha. And, what i meant was conncoll gives very much priority for BNKS School Captain and Deputy ones, yo hundai ma accept huney hoina…u get it right?? If u check the history of applicants, u will get it. Ok, lets stop this here. Else we may catch diff way.</p>
