Avatar was great, but sadly, I saw 3 idiots the same day which was a gazzilion times better ![]()
P.S. Loooooooooooooove good

I SAW Avatar, but I didn’t exactly watch it.

Full disclosure: My director gave me free tickets for a Bengali movie. I got there early and discovered Avatar was playing in the theater. I sneaked in and saw the movie for free, but you reap what you sow because I was too busy freaking out about my badassness and about some random guy coming and throwing me out to actually register anything that happened.

EDIT: EMMA WATSON IS NOT HERMIONE!!!

Also, MN and OH aren’t THAT far, it’s doable!

Hee, okay I just did THE same. The dutch interviewer is lazy:p haha

anybody else prefer evanna lynch over emma? :P

I haven’t seen Avatar yet, going next week!
It’s huuuuge here though! Everyone’s obsessing.

Oh and, I still want recognition for the hotness of George Peppard:

Shouldn’t everyone still dress like that?

to quote Draco “I’m tired. Can’t we all just be Death Eaters?”

…I need to watch AVPM again.

Nah, I prefer the way people dress now!

GB, you’re obsessed with BaT!

Snape, snape, severus snape

DUMBLEDORE!

Edit: Yeah, sorry, she is not Hermione, but it’s getting close.

I heard three idiots was awesome I wanted to watch. Avatar was niceee, my friend and I think the lead guy is hot. He was in the Terminator movie and we were sulking when he died to save the hero.

RONALD WEASLEY!

And Fred and George Weasley!!!

I am not obsessed! I just saw the movie again with a friend last night, and she thought he looked like Dubya Bush, so I wanted recognition from others.

JJ: Aah! Glad you did the same! I think they just haven’t had the time yet!

Nooooo everyone should go back to the thirties or the fifties at least! But alas, today’s okay too!

I still hate JKR for what she did to Fred and George.

I like the fifties, but not the clothes. I just like the idea of Beat America. Actually, not the idea so much as the books and the music.

I don’t, I admire her for being brave enough to kill off someone so many of us loved.

Yeah, I rather like Kerouac, Bukowsky etc. I saw a really cool photo-exhibition in the Metropolitan in NY a couple of months ago with photographs by Robert Frank from a roadtrip through the US during the beatnick era. Amazing. You like jazz then?

I doooooo. I’ve gotten really into Kerouac lately, and obsessively try to find something to listen to from everyone he mentions in his books. I hope you’ve read On The Road. I’m dying to read The Dharma Bins.

And I am SO jealous of your roadtrip!

yeah, okay, it is better to kill off some of the loved ones to make it more realistic. I am just very glad Hagrid survived! Otherwise I WOULD have killed her. No really.

Dobby, Snape and Fred was already bad enough.

I cried so much when Dobby died.
It just seemed so…piteous.

I’m just glad Ron and Hermione didn’t die. RON AND HERMIONE FOREVER!!!

I have read On The Road! I do know some older jazz, but nothing too specific from On The Road though… I haven’t done a road trip myself! I wish! I just went to NYC/MA/Boston, no I saw pictures of a road trip. Its called “The Americans” by Robert Frank, you should google it!

EDIT: Yeah, I cried so hard when Dobby died
I didn’t really notice that Hedwig died until the fight was over, so I only cried a little over that one. The worst was the last sentence about Snape though. I literally think I have cried 2 hours together with my sister over that one. It still makes me cry really!

EDITII: … And normally I don’t even cry over books (well sometimes) and movies; Im like the person who laughs when the key figure dies and everyone is crying… So it does mean something!

Haha I know, I meant ‘roadtrip you saw’, sorry, that was terrible phrasing.

And OK, I will Google it.

I’m totally doing a roadtrip next year. YOU GUYS SHOULD COME!

Yeah! That would be soooo insanely cool! Like recreate the On The Road trip (but then with a car! and no hitchhiking)! Although… Northern states are cooler. But whatever!
