Class of 2014!

Quentin Tarantino? Why so random?

I like True Romance best, although only the screenplay is by Tarantino.
I completely adore the theme, which is also my ringtone –> You’re so cool by Hans Zimmer!

I will name my daughter tara or nikita. I have a 100% gujju brother named Ryan. W T F.

Taratino IS amazing! I loved both Pulp Fiction and Reservoir Dogs, and have Basterds and both volumes of Kill Bill on my laptop.

Anyway, gonna finish the movie now.

DAMN. I’m watching volume 2 tomorrow :D

Oh we’re so disarming darling, everything we did believe
Is diving diving diving diving off the balcony

Hi - just wondering about international interviews:

For some reason I was only expecting to have interviews for Harvard and Yale since I’m an international applicant (from England). I’ve had a Yale one and a Harvard one, but I also have a Dartmouth one this weekend. I’ve also heard about Brits getting Brown an Princeton interviews, though I haven’t applied to them myself. Does this mean that I should also expect interviews for the other two schools I applied to (Columbia and UPenn)?

None of my interviews have been in my city so far so I’m fast running out of money with all this travelling and stuff. :S

Also - weirdly, I already had a Harvard interview but I’ve been asked to attend a second one. Anyone else here had this? Apparently most people who get in only have one interview, so I’m not sure whether to see this as a good or a bad thing…like, I felt the first interview went okay (not great but not awful) but I’m guessing this means maybe my app didn’t fit with the interviewer’s impression of me…hmm…but I guess it’s good that they are interested enough to give me a second chance… any thoughts anyone?

You could contact the universities and ask…

Oh ****! My mom likes rap music.

Just got yelled at again about asking for business supplements. Can’t blame my dad though, I’d yell too if my son kept coming back to ask for financial info. Anyone else feel like the PROFILE kinda violates you? Ah but the returns would be huge if successful.

What’s everyone up to?

ROFL cheese, seriously? I myself am no huge fan, and my parents can’t stand the stuff!

yeah, I am starting detest those fin aid forms! But they are for a greater cause, haha.
But indeed, my father was a bit surprised about how private some of the information they request is.

I am doing reading comprehensions texts as homework for my english class about Harvarddddd! It must be a sign! (Or, well, I hope it is, Princeton was mentioned too!).

EDIT: Me no likey rap music. Although, some old school rap music is pretty cool (like Run DMC, etc.).
I believe my father owns rap music on CD. That is rather hilarious. But no gangster rap of course!

Yay good signs!

I was listening to this song ([YouTube - DMX - Ruff Ryders Anthem (Dirty)](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RBU1cT0FY7M)) while doing math. Mom walked in and did an impromptu jig. I’ve put my entire rap collection on her iPod. I’m waiting to hear her reaction when she listens to ass like that.

^ AHAHHAAHHA. Lol, your poor mom.

Anyway, I have a Pton interview tomorrow. Not really excited or nervous. Maybe the novelty of US college interviews have worn off.

BUT *** IS UP WITH THESE PEOPLE. I MEAN SHE WENT TO HARVARD FOR GRAD SCHOOL. AND SHE HAS DONE ALL KINDS OF AMAZING ***** AFTER THAT. WTH

I’m getting so intimidated.

gappy relax. You’ve been through an interview before. You’ll be fine!

This one seems very formal and distant. The others were engaging and charming. I’m a little bit scared of this one.

On a different note, she’s religious, I think (after googling).

So what ddya think, liberal gappy or moderately liberal gappy (lets face it, I’m liberal either way).

I think moderately. We wouldn’t wanna overwhelm her with my love for Obama (yes, still, even after all of it) and my anti-war, pro-choice crap, now do we?

I think that you should be politician gappy. Give her what she wants. You are not going to think about her when you are having a flippin awesome time at college anyway!

I LOLed.

Lets just see where it goes, I mean if she’s being a b!tch, I might just get all liberal on her @$$. I mean, when I go down, I wanna go down swinging.

But anyway, whatever, I dunno why, but I’m not too excited about Pton (right not anyway, I’d be lucky to get in).

Why Princeton? Hmmmmm…

Cheese, which schools have you interviewed for?

Just be yourself, gappy :)
