Class of 2014!

oh, I am the worst, I even like popped collars and seersucker. Princeton, pretty please?

EDIT: I haven’t seen Avatar yet either… I have seen parts of the Hangover in an airplane, but I switched
to others pretty soon. Don’t you guys just love that in airplanes you can legitimately watch the worst movies
(like Seventeen Again o.0 or Transformers) and waste time, and not feel guilty because you really can’t do much
else.

HAHAHA @ GB. A friend tried to get me to pop my collar once, to look cool, apparently. I gave her a stare and walked away. Needless to say, we’re not friends any more (no, not because of that).

I LOVED Avatar. I thought, Omg what la this cartoon movie my friends wanna take me to see. LOVED it. Seriously, highly recommended.

GB, ddid you just say Transformers was bad? The first one or second one? First was nice, second means I agree.

17 again was complete guilty pleasure. :D

hahaha, I know it’s pretty bad! I don’t like toolish preppy clothes though, like wearing pink poloshirts and things. I just simply love like the Nantucket-style and old what you would imagine Oxford and Cambridge students would wear in the 1920s (And they still do btw?!).

Things like this:

and this": http://www.thesartorialist.com/photos/62809Americanclassic_539Web.jpg</a>
Anyways.

I didn’t really like Transformers II too much, I admit I only watched the first 15 minutes because I knew parts in the beginning were filmed at Princeton, but it was just so horribly tacky (with Megan Fox and two million lookalikes sweating through hallways, I laughed so hard) that I stopped after those scenes. I never actually made it to the cars. I haven’t seen the first one.

I still really want to see Avatar!

Seventeen again was a guilty pleasure indeed! I loved the part with the Ed-Hardy-douchy-clothes!

I haven’t seen 17 Again either. :frowning: I want to! Transformers 2 was a movie that, despite being craptastically bad, I had tons of fun watching!

I just saw some of New York. Bollywood ftw.

Kitty, I like what the second guy’s wearing in the first picture. Second pic: Love the shirt, hate the pants haha.

kitkat, I saw on FB that you like John Coltrane. I love you for this.

John Coltrane is the BEST! I always listen to Bluetrane while doing homework! I love you for loving Coltrane too!

You haven’t missed anything by not having seen 17 Again, trust me.

I really like the idea of the shorts though! These might be a bit too tight, and not completely right, but they could be brilliant. I must admit, I own shoes like the guy in the second picture is wearing. In the first picture, do you mean the one on the left or the right?

The one in white. I always think white is such a nice sartorial choice.

I listen to Sweet Sapphire Blues when I’m studying psych! Hahaha.

Yeah! I like white too, although i am pretty pale myself, so it doesn’t always work too well… I really like what the first one is wearing too! Do you know the sartorialist (source of second picture)? I just completely love that website, a lot of the outfits on there epitomize sophistication!

I always thought the sartorialist existed to make fun of sartorial choices. Guess not. :O

I don’t like wearing white cause it’s fattening. Love it on other people though.

hahaha, true, white isn’t exactly flattering. Black is better! Have you ever looked at the website? Otherwise I either really have to doubt your sense of style, or my own ;)

Truth.

This is why I only own one white shirt and one white tee.

Hahaha no I haven’t really looked. I guess I will now.

Black’s definitely better. I have a whole drawer full of black clothes in my wardrobe. Haha.

Edit: Guys look SO hot in white though!

Apparently not me.

But otherwise, yes, I agree.

Black is the best! and Navy Blue! and Grey.

They dooo! Especially crisp, white shirts <3.

I am going to end up with the douchiest guy ever. I feel it.

^ Me too. Probably will end up with a married guy who’s a douc he.

LOL.

Black is not nice any more. People know you’re trying to look thin, it doesn’t work any more.

I wore white to a friend’s party last week and everyone commented on how thin I looked. I was so proud. (I lost some weight recently) Then they started asking about my diet and exercise regime and I had to laugh.

EDIT : My favourite colours are blue and brown. But I never wear brown cause I am brown and it doesn’t look good, IMO. (British spelling ftw)

I’m not a huge fan of navy blue but I loooove grey.

Shut up gappy, you’re insecure like a girl. I bet you look great in white.

kat, as long as he’s rich and you let us sponge off him…:p

gappy, is fried chicken included in our diet? :p

I forgot to tell you, I never did go on that diet.

Soon, soon.

Of course fried chicken. But take one and stop at that. Wait, you dont need to diet please, I’m talking about myself. Ah, I’ve become the calorie-obsessed person I used to hate.

Oh Yes! I won’t join when chicken is not allowed. Or Pasta. All else is managable.

I don’t think people necessarily think you are trying to look thin by wearing black though…
hmm. Could be though.

Yeah! My future hubbie (should there ever be one) will be this evil lawyer who is mean to slow elderly people (I don’t care if he is mean to children) and always frantically yells into his blackberry and votes republican. BUT he wears suits and has perfect hair and is hot.
You may steal his money, of course. That is the plan.

I like brown toooo! I wear it a lot (makes me less pale haha).

He votes Republican? Ew. I may have ideological problems with stealing his money then.

…Ah who am I kidding, it’s money.

I’m going on a diet on Monday. I mean it this time. Sort of. I think. Maybe. YES.

I like wearing red and blue and orange and yellow and…lots of colors really, but I have a thing for wearing grey!

Are you guys doing anything for Valentine’s Day?
