<p>I’ve been working and singing and recording and lying awake at night and going to bed during the day and making lists and baking and spending time on the Yale website and spending time on all my other colleges websites and reading HARRY POTTER and watching the West Wing.</p>

<p>I haven’t heard from their financial aid department yet, they said mid-March. I got an 18k merit scholarship for the honors thing though. I can only afford to pay like 1.5-2k now though so I’m not hopeful. :(</p>

<p>My favourite characters are Ron and Hermione! But by the end of the last book I liked Harry too. He was a bit annoying in the first books though. And Snape! Oh, Snape… <em>tear</em></p>

<p>As much as I hate to say it, if I were you, I’d defer a year if I get into a school that uses the Profile/ISFAA and then use this year’s info on medical expenses etc to get more aid when you enroll in fall 2011.</p>

<p>I don’t think it was Harry as such that annoyed me but JK Rowling’s presentation of him. The scar hurting thing bugged me a lot because it was mentioned too much. I was like ENOUGH ALREADY!! GEEZ!</p>
