<p>It did that last year, and they send the letters so they are received by the 1st for all applicants, but since internationals get emails they receive it the day they are sent.</p>

<p>Not yet… I have a full ride at SUNY Buffalo so I kind of figured what’s the use? I won’t get a full ride no matter hat, so… maybe I’ll still appeal, but later? Colgate sent me a book by one of their history profs, on nuclear weapons. Hmmm…
