<p>Hm, Rejected at Tufts… Did not expect this. My sat scores were up to par, im in top ten percent of my class. Great interview, interviewer said she was impressed by my stats and my ecs etc etc. Seriously, trying not to sound arrogant, but I expected at least a waitlist. Depressed now…</p>
<p>But it’s Tufts! That’s what they do. It means they think you’re too good for them :)</p>

<p>Thank you!! I know, I heard about Tufts syndrome. Still though, slim chance I’m getting into one of the ivies, leaving me with just UVM to go to. Since I don’t really like that school, i am pretty screwed. I set my hopes on going to Tufts, so It’s a pretty big blow so to speak. But hey luckily I have a huge history test tomorrow to distract me, haha:P</p>

<p>jjavdm, I’m sorry to hear about your decision from Tufts but don’t get your hopes low. I think the “beauty” of American colleges is that they’re soooo unpredictable. People rejected at UChicago have gotten into Wharton so really, it’s true when they say, ‘it’s not over till it’s over.’</p>

<p>Best of luck guys. I remember this time last year. I got rejected from the places I wanted to go to. I couldn’t breath but now life has finally worked out. Many of you guys will have your long time dream realized but many of you guys will have your dreams utterly shattered for just a moment. For those with broken dreams, do not give up, there are more chances in life for you to prove your talent and worth.</p>
