***Class Of 2015 NMSF Qualifying Scores***

Congrats to all who made it!

Barfly, 216 in Texas would be even better!

Yes @Chamomile7, the lower the better! I’m ready for some Texas news!

Just talked to school principal who… received nothing :frowning: Somewhat disappointing.

@Amorphouscarbon, did you have the highest score in your school? It is very possible your school just didn’t get their letter yet.

Anyone out there in California? Sitting here with a 222 hoping cutoff drops by one point. Anyone?

Second highest to a 221

That’s good news because it probably means the letter just hasn’t arrived yet. Hang in there!

@Amorphouscarbon, , my son thinks he is second highest to a 225, but our school won’t tell them anytime soon.

I guess it’s too early to figure out if the scores are heading down at all…

I’m in CA but I’m afraid we will have a long wait ahead of us.

I got semifinalist 224 from AZ

We have one confirmed drop of one point (KY), and another that’s AT MOST the same (PA). The rest are too early to call. I’m on the edge of my seat for TX too, but the 221 really should be a sure thing, so hopefully that letter just hasn’t arrived yet.

Finally someone from CA. Any thoughts on whether cutoff will be down one notch? Why do you say it will e a long wait? Does CA usually get the cutoff later? I am new to this process and wait period. Ugh!

Not a word from VA yet? We are waiting with a 226.

Congrats in AZ. Here’s an update.
Note that I’ve prepended a tabulation of changes. Obviously the numbers like AZ should go down,

Commended (national cutoff) = 201

Reading about your challenges in working with your schools makes me feel like my private school tuition is waaaay worth it!!!

Actually, to me, this seems like a huge amount of activity for first day of reports. PASoccerMom and GoAskDad calling everyone in. I bet the news comes fast this year.

Sorry about the double post up there. The system is now pretty slow now…also I don’t know if AZ is a homeschooler or got the update in school, which is helpful in that “how about so-and-so” intelligence gathering.

@celesteroberts, since I was hoping Friday or Saturday would be the first day of reports, it seems very slow to me!

Homeschooler in TEXAS - my daughter is a SF with a score of 218, so y’all with 219’s can rest easy!
