@collegeplease123 what genre homie
@cdcupcake this is twitter
@cdcupcake COMEDY, FAM.
@collegeplease123 parks and rec, how i met ur mother, 30 rock, white collar (mystery comedy), etc
@cdcupcake I was gonna watch HIMYM, but someone told me who the mother was, and that is never a good thing. He didn’t even yell spoiler alert. Also, have you tried “Community”? I heard mixed reviews… And also, your favorite comedy of all time?
@collegeplease123 I’m gonna start community eventually and hmmm hard to pick my favorite but parks and rec is def up there
@collegeplease123 I’m the Mario Kart queen so be prepared, but a tournament would be awesome.
@cdcupcake Hmmm… I have no idea… After I watched Parks and Rec, I didn’t find Amy Poehler hilarious, idk… It’s weird. We didn’t have a connection, like I did with Steve Carrell in the Office. But I will definitely give Parks and Recreation another try!
@yoshimax Please tell me you play super smash… That would be so amazing. Plus, I can destroy you in any Nintendo game. Just sayinn
Don’t even get me started on comedy television… I run a comedy account on IG and I livetweet SNL and other comedy netflix shows. If I get into NYU, I’m definitely taking improv classes and sleeping in line to get into SNL
@aoestrat Considering how stressed out I am over this decision, I might start the next season tonight
@SoulOverBody I’m coming with u to SNL!!!
@SoulOverBody @cdcupcake I will wait with you guys in line!!!
If any of you guys are film buffs and have never been to the city (and end up attending NYU) I highly suggest you pay a visit to the Museum of the Moving Image in Astoria, Queens. I met one of the directors of The Lion King there last year and it’s just an amazing place.
@collegeplease123 Not as much as I play Mario Kart but yeah, I do. I love Nintendo games.
@SoulOverBody That was me with The Colbert Report until it ended last year. If it hadn’t, I would have given anything to go see a taping.
@yoshimax, @aoestrat and I would agree you should stop at season 7, while Steve Carrell is still there… The show went in a downard spiral, train wreck type of catastrophe after he left… It was that bad.
@thefilmgeek94 I actually went there a few months ago! I didn’t meet any famous directors but it was still my favorite part of my NYC trip.
@collegeplease123 I’ll keep that in mind. I’ve never seen any episodes without him yet but I can’t imagine them being any good.
@yoshimax I try to go there at least once a month. The screenings are amazing. They’re actually having a 50th anniversary Sound of Music screening May 2 with Marni Nixon and I’m hoping to get tickets.
@thefilmgeek94 Great advice! By the way, this was a really old movie, but did you happen to watch “Life is Beautiful”? It was a foreign, Italian film, and I think that was the only movie I cried in to be honest…!
@collegeplease123 great film!!!
