4 of them - people have heard from, but we havenāt. 1 should be coming out soon. 4 are always the last to notify.
Waiting for 4 more audition programs here. Then we have 4 non-audition BA programs that are all late notifications. So 8 total. But in reality, D is on a wait list, so our journey is far from over.
It is really hard when others have acceptances and you are still waiting- I remember it well. Be strong for 2 1/2 more weeks- 18 days at max (if April 1 is latest date) you can do it!!!

Waiting on two - Point Park and Elon - but since Iām on the Otterbein waitlist I wonāt really know until much later.
Luckily though I have multiple acceptances so thatās not too bad.
Total impatient waiting question, but ā do we think Coastal Carolina is done making decisions or are there more to come? Seems like not many have heard between our coaching group and CC friendsā¦ hope everyone is having a relaxing Friday night - if thatās even possible at this point!

@quinoamom206ā - I think there are many schools out there that are waiting for their initial offers to be accepted before they either send out Rejections, Wait Lists or Acceptances. This is why it is SO important that folks who Know they are not going to accept a school, release them so they are free to offer spots to others that are on Hold. If you are still waiting on a school that you have heard has made offers to some, and rejections to others, then (I believe) you are most probably still being considered to take the spot of someone who may turn them down. Just look at our āAcceptances by memberā thread. Look at every kid who has received more than one offer. Regardless of how many offers they received, they can only accept one. Until all of us on that list release those schools, our kidsā spots cannot be offered to those waiting. Granted, some schools offer to many more than they want, knowing they will yield a lower number. Those schools have probably sent out most of their rejections out already. However, until you gat an official āNoā, there is still hope! Hang in there!
DANG!!! Yāall have been busy whilst The D and I hung at the mall tonight. Congrats to all the new acceptances. Sorry to hear about the rejections which I believe is harder on the parents.
I resisted the urge to call every department head and tell them that they had some nerve not to accept my child into their raggedy lil program (because of course every program that doesnāt take your child becomes raggedy and lil). Hang in there, folks! Youāre in the home stretchā¦the final touchdown? the last quarter? Hey, my kid does theatre not sports!
