I think one of the saddest aspects of what that mom posted is information that may eventually make her son easily identifiable to anyone reading this forum. That can be said about a lot of the nonsense that goes on here which is why I often caution parents to be careful how they behave here.
Why is she posting on his behalf if he is so independent? She said they were His views not hers.

On that point, Theatre People are the best. My wife and I have often reflected how genuine and caring the parents of OPK (other peopleās kids) are. Clearly a generalization, but it is much tougher in the stands of your neighborhood little league game than it is in the performersā receiving line after a show. Getting to know the Moms and Dads at the cast parties has been a real pleasure, and you all out there in cyberspace are the same quality peeps.
We are more than parents. We are ticket-buying fans. These particular kids pursuing this particular interest have entourages. The dynamic is different, but I believe the sensitivity of letting our kids fly at just the right moment is definitely there as well.

Iām really confused about why CC or the moderators would censor that word. It identifies a squat little doll with day goo hair that sticks straight up, the entity that lives under a bridge and tries to stop all who pass to answer his riddles three, or, in this case, someone who is gratified by causing friction online and achieves that end by posting provocative statements. What is it about that term that calls for censorship??
OK, now Iām really confused. The censor is in the forum and censoring in real time? The word troll was turned into asterisks and now it appears normally. Bizarre.

Everyone was trashing that poster! I posted the equivalent of ājust ignore that guyā.
Some words are automatically censored. I imagine itās built into the site. Email addresses should be censored too, but that didnāt seem to be the case.
?CMU noās will be posted on the 28th for all students ?(which will be anti-climatic for 1,976 mt/actors). The real question is, when will the Yes calls be made?
