<p>@Sondheimlover breathe deep. You have time. You are not late. Most on here are Early. Sounds like you have everything scheduled and ontrack. I don’t know if you’ve ever uploaded to Decision Desk or Accpted, but don’t wait until 11/30 to do so. That’s my only advice --(besides applying to some schools in addition to CCM, CMU and UMICH as they are all very competitive for MT and Acting). It can literally take 24 hours to upload. Tether your upload unless your wifi is super strong.</p>
<p>Agreed on the time to upload- it took hours last year- and was super stressful. That was the only big “fight” my husband and I had through the process - he is an I.T. guy, and still it was tough. In a less than attractive moment- I was yelling at him saying “You have ONE job in this ENTIRE process- and that is to upload the videos…” Ah well…</p>
<p>Don’t worry @SondheimLover . My daughter did not submit her prescreens until the week of Thanksgiving last year and she was able to get all the audition dates that she needed. As tramsmom said, people on CC are early. We’re overachievers! I believe the general public does everything on the actual due date. :)</p>

<p>Bittersweet moment – my D opened her last HS musical tonight. She is playing the Witch in Into the Woods. I am pleased to say that I made it through without tears. closing is going to be a different matter all together, though! :(( </p>
<p>@Divamamacita I remember that well…you don’t stand a chance with the no tears at the closing LOL I mean come on she’ll be singing “Stay With Me” I can’t even think of that song without crying LOL </p>

<p>This is a year full of “lasts”… S is in his last children’s play (our school does 3 shows a year… children’s play, IB play and musical). He’s Charlie in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Every ‘last’ is bittersweet. But each one is leading to a new adventure full of ‘firsts’!!! Hugs, @divamamacita … </p>
<p>I know I will have a hard time with my theatre “lasts” this year… I started the drama club at my school and it’ll be hard to leave it. Since I’m directing a one-act this semester I’m especially getting to see all the great acting everyone can do… and I know I’m going to miss them!!</p>
<p>But on a high note I just secured my CMU audition slot. Whoo!</p>

<p>BAL to everyone auditioning this weekend! Spent the day doing laundry and re-packing for D’s OCU audition as we just found out that thanks to the coming cold front, temperatures in Oklahoma City will get below freezing, We may even see some snow! Yikes! D has been Skypeing/Snap Chatting/Texting with friends she met at OCU’s MT intensive this summer who are all planning a reunion at auditions. Should be fun. They will be the ones passing on the campus tours (as they already know the campus) to go hangout together!</p>
