I would say you have a very good chance but if you want to be safe applying DUS is a good idea. Gpa is very good for Psu .

It is always easier to get in by applying DUS. You can take all of the smeal entry to major requirements as a DUS major so it does you absolutely no harm to apply DUS even if your intended major is Smeal.
