No word from FSU! I wonder how many they will call since they only want 5 boys/5 girls in the end. 
I believe its somewhere in the ballpark of 6-8 of each?

Yes @CTDramaMom thank you -that is what I meant about UNCSA and them wanting to nurture and develop what they feel are important skills and help kids “break” any habits holding them back. As mentioned by @Jkellynh17 many programs have a point where kids question everything they thought they knew before.
My daughter is blessed to be in a nurturing environment and craved a program that would help push her. (As I think most of our kids want). In no way was I suggesting that “breaking” a student down and being negative towards them was a good thing. I wasn’t trying to correct any error @Ducky312 - I value your posts and insight. I was just contributing info about how some programs put this philosophy out there.
@nodaybut2daymom same for us! My D has a friend (male) who received an offer yesterday. Chances seem slimmer and slimmer as the clock ticks

friend from past years says it takes them a few days to get all calls out.
Wow loving that some schools call with an offer. How exciting! Like winning the lottery! Lol
On a sassy note… do the kids even have their ringers on their phones to hear the call?! :-j
The worst part is some schools call but it isn’t the MT dept; it’s admissions or a current student asking if you have any questions in general about the school, etc – those were nerve wracking!! ps This is the only month our kids willingly answer their phones!
@theaterwork In 17 years I have never seen my son move so quickly when the phone rings…he hasn’t answered our home phone in years…now it barely rings once and he hops up! LOL I am assuming this behavior will stop by April 15th.
I may need to double up on my blood pressure meds for the next few weeks.
Re: Belmont MT notifications…in the past they have mailed their decisions.
Oops guess I was wrong about Belmont. They made calls today to accepted MT students. Congrats to those who received a call!

We are waiting on about 10 schools!! This is torture! Do you think Belmont called everyone that was accepted today? How do you know they called @Bogeyw ?
Still no news for us either. We are off to Elon tomorrow, we will check the mail when we get home Saturday night. Stay strong everyone!

How do you know calls were being made? Just curious on where to find this info.
I have only seen one on here that was called by Belmont and they believe it may be because the D was accepted to more than one program. If anyone else heard today please let us all know:)
