Class of 2024 Admissions Decisions ONLY-Penn State

Nope. Nothing.

Did EA and got the email. Feeling going to get the deferred. UGH

My son got the email too but I think it would be best for all of us to take the email at face value. It is a way to ensure EA applicants that the wait will soon end. Good luck to us all.

Has anyone successfully done this? We emailed and asked and they told us the result would be the same as its harder to get in RD than EA.

My son got the acceptance this AM. Yesterday got the letter.

Does having legacy help you get into UP or just Penn State itself?

I’m not guessing Legacy helps at all in such a huge public institution. But I’m curious to see what others say…

According to common data set, it is ā€œconsideredā€ https://factbook.psu.edu/CDSRedesign/cds.aspx?reportindicator=FreshAdmn&Location=UP&AY=20182019

I was denied from the architecture program but they encouraged me to ask to be considered for landscape architecture or another program, which I did. The update also stated that they only accept 60 first years into the architecture program.

my son got the email, no idea what it means?
