Class of 2024 Admitted to Colby

"… Representing 753 high schools, this year’s admitted class comes exceptionally well-prepared academically: The middle 50-percent range of ACT scores is 32-35, and the middle 50-percent range of SAT scores is 1420-1540. Ninety percent of the students are expected to graduate in the top 10 percent of their high school class.

Among United States students, nearly 33 percent identify as a person of color. There are 11 percent international students in the cohort, and 12 percent are Pell grant eligible.

This is the first year that students and families will benefit from Colby’s new financial aid policy ensuring families with a total household income of $65,000 or less and typical assets can send their students to Colby and expect no parent/guardian contribution. This policy, as well as the Fair Shot Fund, are major components of the College’s nationally recognized efforts to attract the most talented students from all backgrounds." …
