@jayrow Thanks for the very helpful information. I really hope it’s today. Fingers crossed!
@Classof2020Kid I really hope it’s today too!! I cannot wait to find out the decision…hoping for good news, but you never know. If a decision were to come out, I think it would be around 3-4 pm eastern.
I used to be a weatherman before I got fired for always being wrong. That’s when I got back to Michigan for an MBA.
In god we trust, all others bring data.
So there are 5 working days this week. Which means there is a 20% chance the decisions will be out today. If not today, Tuesday has a 25% chance and so on :).
Enjoy the time waiting - i know it is hard.
Very hard, for sure.
What do you guys think the chances are that decisions are released today?
Thursday. I think they wanting to wait for as many kids that got in ED somewhere else to pull their apps.
Highly unlikely. It’s already 2 in Michigan and they would’ve posted on their twitter or Facebook by now.
That “withdrawal” pop-up feature seems new this year with Enrollment Connect. I like your reasoning though.
The last 3 years have been Wednesdays and I like patterns.
Best comment I’ve read on here so far
Hope it is Wednesday. Almost ALL IVYies and Stanford/MIT are out. So other than Chicago not any major EA/EDs left for uofm to benefit. (Northwestern- closest to Michigan in terms of prestige and location is also released)
I’m so scared!! Does anyone have a prediction for around what time they will be released on Wednesday? That sounds like the general consensus on when it will be.
Anyone getting connection in progress when refreshing enrollment connect?

Yes i am also getting connection in progress
Its always been 3pmET.
Now I’m getting “500 Unavailable” The page you have requested is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.
Now back to the dark blue screen from earlier today
If it’s always been 3 PM ET, then we will know in 35 minutes!
Last year they announced the decisions were being sent out at 2:16. We’re right about there.
I really thought it would be Tuesday since that would give them two working days after the “send out” like they’ve done for the past 3 years.
Perhaps it’s tomorrow and they changed the portal today since it’s new and they wanted to make sure everything was ready.
I’m still hopeful for today. But, it may be wishful thinking.
I could be wrong, but I don’t think they’ll wait for UChicago or the Ivies, just because I don’t think there’s really time. (Do 17, 18 year old kids get their decisions and immediately go online and withdraw all applications? I think officially they have 2 weeks. But again, I could be wrong and Michigan certainly has this down to some kind of science.)
20% chance of being 100% correct.
