Yup, my sis attends, and she told me that they officially close for winter break on the 21st of December, so all EA decisions will definitely come out before that.
Reading through this, I think we are the only one’s calmly waiting :-). GL to everyone.
Dear Singing Bus Driver,
Where are you? We are all desperately waiting for your post. ?
In past years, when did Wolverine Access have the “glitch”? Was it the day before or the day of the release?
@jayrow I think it was the day of the release because so many people were waiting, but I could be wrong.
What was the “glitch”? What happened?

The portal has changed. It says decisions are coming by 12/24 and provides a link to withdraw. Does that mean today or tomorrow?
Read previous messages on this thread. Unsure as this is a new platform they are using this year. We can look at historical data, but with different schedule and platform, just not sure.
I only want the news if it’s good news. Lol
I hope so!!!
Any predictions or information as to when we are getting the decisions? Probably this week, I assume. I hope not Wednesday. . . Either before or after is fine.
I would guess they will leave enough time for applicants awaiting ED/SCEA decisions to clear through to protect yield. That would mean end of the week, assuming the balance of the IVYs announce ED today or tomorrow.
UChicago ED/EA is on Wednesday, so I’m really hoping I don’t have to wake up Wednesday and face a double rejection. . .
Go Blue!!!
Any chance of a decision today?
In years past, the portal had some kind of change or “glitch” on the day decisions came out. Certainly that has happened today. But, like everyone’s said, historically it has been a Wednesday or Friday since Michigan changed to EA in 2010.
So… I’m hoping today, but who knows. If not, my money is on tomorrow. But, I have no insider info.
@jayrow Thanks so much. fingers crossed
I keep quoting myself from earlier in the thread.
In years past, Wolverine Access would have the following “glitch” or “tell” that decisions would be coming in a matter of hours:
It’s probably why they switched to Enrollment Connect. But, I/we still pay tuition through Wolverine Access. I wish they would dump it for paying your bills too. During my kid’s freshman year, UMich would send me bills like for $1.33 for dorm copier/printer usage. smh
Sure, there’s always a chance.
I think they will wait until the Ivies and some of the top schools have come in with their decisions - giving them a better feel of the yield early on. My money is on Wednesday/Thursday.
