Okay, I hope they come out soon because the waiting is killing me! I just want to know if I got accepted or not but I feel I did not because my sat score is really low. Does anyone know someone that got in with a really low sat score?
Picking a date and announcing it, sounds good to me too.
But UMich has posted that decisions will be released on or before 12/24. UMich receives the 10th most college applications in the US. The others being various popular UC/CSU campuses and NYU. The UCâs state essentially the same thing as UMich. They will annouce decisions on or before March 31.
Nearby ND, UofC and NU get anywhere between 20,000-40,000 apps/year. And those are private schools. And then, of course, UMich has moved from Wolverine Access to Enrollment Connect this year for admissions.
I would imagine the admissions office is sick of answering the phone at this point. I am puzzled why they would be telling counselors that decisions are coming out Thursday (as stated by people on here and also heard from my sons friend who had a counselor who called) but wont simply state that to everyone.
If you donât mind me asking, what do you consider a âreally low scoreâ?
Sorry that comment of mine ^ was for someone on the page before who said their SAT score was really low and didnât know their odds of admittance
Anyone know how much diversity and being a first gen student raises my chances of getting in?
the tweet last year came out at 5:16 EST so maybe theyâll come out in like half an hour?? i know im grasping at straws but iâve kinda been stressing all day abt this and iâd like to get it over with lmao
oh boy
what is OOS
out of state- harder to get in
I have been waiting all day.
I hope this comes out around 5
Since they changed the portal system this year, counting on schedules from years past doesnât seem reliable.
OOS=Out of state.
Note : these are not chance threads⊠But if not accepted then make one.
Study for your tests tomorrow and get some sleep ??
It seems if they are telling counselors Thursday it wonât be later than Thursday.
Chances of getting a decision tomorrow? What are the odds.
60% probably
itâs tomorrow.
how do u know
^says who
Guessing 10-20k deferrals tomorrow.
