If you guys remember, the portal changed to show the current message just after Sunday midnight. By that token, any chance the System has already been programmed to send out notifications after midnight tonight? Just adding more confusion to the already confused timelines, you say?

HI! My daughter just looked at her portal, and it shows that her application has been submitted for regular decision. Does this mean she didnāt do early action? Thatās what she meant to do, and she is freaking out!!! Help please ASAP!!!
TO be clear her portal says:

Regular Decision
Fall 2020 (September - December)
If she has access to her portal still, I would say that she applied for Regular Decision. My son no longer has access to his portal and that changed earlier this week. Iām sorry!
Maybe because it was submitted until November 1st (the deadline) it didnāt qualify for early action?
Given all the expected deferrals she wont have to wait much longer than many EA applicants

This is so nerve wracking, I donāt understand why they just canāt give us a simply date like many other colleges.
@GingerNicole you could always call them tomorrow during their office hours and check with admissions? Theyāre likely to be overloaded with calls and work and whatnot, but it could be worth a try (especially considering she submitted in the time frame of EA)
Whatās up boys, not sure how reliable this was but a friend of mine has a relative who works at Umich and she told me yesterday that the decisions would be out on Thursday. Iām assuming they will prob be out tomorrow but if not then for sure Friday.
And after midnight is still Thursday. . .

So are we thinking tomorrow at 3:00 pm (EST)? Iām deciding if it would be worth me staying up until 12ā¦ Iām thinking no. Also, does anyone know what the actual average ACT for UMich is? Their website says 32-35, but literally every other college website says 31, so I donāt know what to believe.
