@runner1045 and @2kidsfinished were your kids ED applicants, and are they athletes? Looks like those applicants’ results are coming out first. Just trying to figure out when my son might hear.
Also, did you get an email or did you just check the portal?
Checked my email when I woke up at 6 this morning, Quinnipiac sent me an email at 2am saying there was a “status update to my application.” I clicked on the link and checked my portal, and then I received my admissions decision.
I was accepted EA for College of Arts & Sciences, undeclared, and received a $26k merit scholarship.
Stats:
GPA: 91 UW/96 W (3.65/3.8?)
SAT: 1350
not pursuing athletics in college so I don’t think that factored into my decision. I applied 10/1/2019, and received my “checklist complete” notification on 10/15/19. Hope that helps
My D applied EA and is not a athlete. She checked the portal and the decision was posted this morning. We are very excited!
D20 also accepted to Nursing this morning with the Trustee Award ($28K). Applied EA 3.9/4.4 GPA and 1440.
D got excepted into DPT program. She just opened email (came at 2:00AM) but had two AP tests in the AM and didn’t dare to open it before in case it was negative. She applied RD end of August, school took their time and supporting material was in end of September. It’s one of her top choices so she is VERY happy. 3.75 UW/4.1W, 30 ACT, several Honors and APs, Interview in July, 50+ observation hrs in 4 different settings, one of the PTs wrote one of her recommendation letters.
My daughter did regular rolling admissions, not an athlete. She got an email this morning.

D20 was accepted to the School of Nursing today with Trustee Award ($26K).

My son was accepted 11/12 on Instant Decision Day at his HS but received his formal package today 12/12! He is not an athlete.
It came through in his portal.
Son received an email this morning to check the portal. He was accepted to the School of Business with a Dean’s Scholarship of $22k per year. 1280 SAT, 3.4GPA (unweighted), mostly AP/Honors classes, Varsity sport, working towards Eagle Scout rank. Applied regular (rolling) decision on 10/28.
My son received an email overnight (2.49am) of his status change.
He’s at school now so I’ll have to wait to find out!
And he is in!

I applied to the nursing program in mid-October and I heard back on December 12th, I was accepted to the nursing program with a merit scholarship of 26k per year!
