In other news, checked our FAFSA this weekend and it was processed on FRIDAY. We filled it out in January… talk about timeliness. Hopefully we’ll start to see some financial packages rolling out to begin big decision time!

My son was excepted to Indiana EA. He auditioned on March 2 And was excepted on March 5. He got his acceptance from the music admissions department and we are waiting for financial information. All communication has been by email so far.

This was for MM Voice, and she actually received an email about a month ago from the studio indicating that she was essentially in and would be hearing from admissions in some time. I have been very impressed with their communication, at least from the department and voice studio that she selected. FWIW she is still awaiting 6 other decisions and 7 aid packages for a 4/15 decision date, so it seems to be an anomaly.

Merit - they do not have FAFSA yet as we are still showing “Processing” over here. They did say it was one of their top awards.

D20 (MM Voice) got her McGill acceptance just a few minutes ago. Email was pushed to notify her of an admission decision in the portal.

My S22 spent a summer program in Italy with several McGill grads and undergrads and one faculty member from McGill- he was so impressed by them and still keeps in touch. He may apply there as well when it’s his turn!
